The Nonantum Resort features two separate buildings: The Carriage House Inn and the Portside Lodge.

The Carriage House Inn in Kennebunkport Maine is a part of the original inn that opened in 1883 in the home of sea captain Henry Heckman. While the rooms have been modernized over the years, the public spaces retain the charm and elegance of the original structure. Rooms are individually styled and decorated to reflect the beauty of Maine with a coastal influence and Victorian décor. Coastal Maine paintings by local artists are a nice touch in these comfortable rooms. All Carriage House rooms include air conditioning, cable television, telephone, WiFi, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

The Portside Lodge is designed to take advantage of the resort’s waterfront location and is decorated to celebrate the nautical heritage of Kennebunkport, Maine, and most rooms have a spectacular view. First and Second Floor Rooms have a private balcony or patio. Third Floor Rooms have large picture windows overlooking the Kennebunk River. The rooms feature modern amenities including air conditioning, cable television, telephone, WiFi, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.
