Chez Nous - Our house favorite for a romantic meal, this charming bistro is such a short walk it can be seen from our front lawn!  Home to a French chef from Brittany and an American pastry chef, working with a small team of like-minded, talented people, Franck and Racheal bring a passion for cooking and eating well to every table. From the integrity of their ingredients to the producers of their wines, and attention to detail in both preparation and service, we love recommending Chez Nous for their consistency, quality and all-around pleasure able atmosphere. Salmon run - This local, family-owned and operated family-style restaurant, located in historical downtown Lee. has been proudly serving our guests since 1999,  Only the freshest seafood in the Berkshires! Although their specialty is seafood, the extensive menu includes items to satisfy everyone in the family’s appetite such as char-broiled steaks, grilled chicken, and creative pasta dishes. 

Morgan House - Originally built in 1813 and Delighting Guests since its days as a stagecoach stop in 1853, Vern Kennedy's morgan house is a favorite for fresh-made pasta’s and Friday night prime rib.  Most Fridays also feature live entertainment from a Berkshire legend Joey Palermo!      

51 Park -  This old Victorian house with a large porch turned into a tavern is a favorite for locals and guests alike.  Providing a unique twist on Pub fare cocktails and craft beer its sure to be a hit!

Locker Room -  This Down to earth Gathering spot offers a familiar pub menu and tons of local sports memorabilia.   Close yet far enough away this spot is constantly voted the best sports bar in the area, its a great place to catch a game while you significant other naps in your room!

Starving Artist - This Creperie and cafe in downtown is a hip spot! Serving sweet and savory crepes freshly made in front of your eyes, panini sandwiches, soups, salads, and baked goods.  Pair these with the in-house artist gallery, Local fair-trade and organic pour-over and drip coffee, organic teas and other gourmet foods using the highest quality local and organic ingredients. Always made fresh to order. The menu changes seasonally.

Joe’s Diner -  While diner fare may not make the traditional cut for an inn such as ours if you're traveling here for a visit to Norman Rockwell any list remis of Joes would not be complete. In the words of one travel critic:   “There's no better slice of blue-collar Americana in the Berkshires than Joe's Diner,  Norman Rockwell's famous painting of a policeman sitting at a counter talking to a young boy, The Runaway (1958), was inspired by this diner. Joe's has barely changed a wink – not the bar stools and not the old-fashioned diner fare.”

Kennedy Park Just minutes from the city center, Kennedy park gives you the ultimate convenience as well as a series of amazing paths to journey along. There are some great views of both lakes and mountains included also! The proximity to town is also ideal if you forget to pack a lunch or forget any supplies, many times you can find us enjoying a lunch or choclate break here overlooking Stockbridge bowl in the picnic area!

October Mountain State Forest at 16,460-acres this state forest and recreational preserve is the largest state forest in Massachusetts and is managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation.  Chambery Also enjoys the distinction of being the closet hotel to this state forest and is just a few minutes drives to the entrance.

Tanglewood As the Summer home of the Boston Symphony Orchestra Tanglewood is an Estate and Music venue unlike any other!  With frequent appearances by James Taylor, John Williams, the Boston Pops and many others travelers from all over the world come to enjoy Tangelwood grounds! 

Jacobs Pillow  A world renowed dance center, school and performance space located just down the road this internationally acclaimed summer dance festival is the oldest in the united states!

Norman Rockwell Museum a place dear to our hearts this museum hosts the largest collection of Norman Rockwell work and memoribilla!  For an added bonus take a walk out our front door and visit Joe's Diner the scene of the famous Runaway painting and you'll see not much has changed since 1958!
