Inn at Manchester

Breakfast time is one of our favorite parts of the day – it’s when in the span of just a few hours all our guests gather in one place and share with us their adventures, those from the day before or those that await the day ahead. Our breakfast menu philosophy is a lot like our approach to everything at the Inn at Manchester: uncomplicated comfort. So Brian & Gabriela's menu is a collection of traditional comfort food favorites and hearty farmhouse classics: buttermilk pancakes, various quiches, french toast, omelette and cottage cakes. The selection changes daily with a rotation that gives you the opportunity to enjoy an egg entree one day and a syrup dish the next. If you prefer you can request eggs, prepared any style, on any day. We also offer a different breakfast meat each day: sausage, bacon, and ham. A fresh fruit garnish and toast, (usually made with locally produced Rupert Rising artisan breads) round out the meal. You’ll also find a selection of cereals, bananas, and homemade muffins available in the dining room to suit almost any taste. We proudly offer Vermont’s own, Green Mountain Coffee and selection of gourmet teas. By the way, don’t be shy if you have an especially robust appetite. Breakfast seconds, and um, even thirds, are never any trouble – just ask. Of course we always do our best to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions, just tell us what you need.
