The Cottages at Summer Village is a 65-acre, three-season resort community situated on the southern coast of Maine. Vacationers of all ages can enjoy a variety of activities or just relax in the peace and quiet of our natural setting. Our privately owned one and two bedroom rental cottages come fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. High ceilings, extra large windows, and a three-season porch make each individually decorated cottage a gracious airy retreat. 

The Cottages at Summer Village’s location in Wells puts it at the heart of the Southern Maine Coast. Miles and miles of sandy beaches, preserved coastal marshes and wetlands, hiking and biking trails and plenty of golf courses make the area a favorite with outdoor enthusiasts.

When in-town attractions beckon, residents and visitors can hop the seasonal trolley in Wells or Oqunquit to shop, dine, tour historic sites or enjoy a cultural event. The historic coastal towns of Kittery, The Yorks, Wells, Oqunquit, The Kennebunks and Old Orchard Beach offer a wide variety of shops, ranging from Kittery’s famous outlet malls to the more than 50 antique and rare book stores sprinkled throughout Wells.

Our privately owned one and two bedroom rental cottages come fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation.  Every cottage is filled with special touches, including extra-large windows, 9’ ceilings, and 12’ sliders that open up the living area to a three-season porch. The porch features 5’ high glider windows with screens and an old-fashioned ceiling fan.
