Epoch Restaurant Welcomes New Chef Robert Bean! Robert joins us having most recently helmed the kitchen at Pairings Restaurant in the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Prior to that, Robert headed the kitchen of Bonfire Restaurant which occupied the same space at the Park Plaza. Bonfire was a Todd English operated restaurant. Robert had also worked at several other Todd English restaurants including Kingfish Hall and Olives in the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. During his time in Boston, Robert also did a stint in the kitchen of Ken Oringer at Clio Restaurant. Robert began his career doing banquets at the Granite Rose, then the Westin Copley in Boston then moving to the Four Seasons Hotel, also in Boston, and Atkinson Resort & Country Club in NH as Banquet Sous Chef. Robert is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
