Dine overlooking the pond and nightly bonfire at Earth, our al fresco restaurant.  With a focus on "farm to food" freshness,  Earth's menu features home grown organic vegetables and herbs and the freshest grilled local seafood and meats.  Our open air dining room, in a naturally spectacular setting combined with rough hewn casual decor, and inspired menu will captivate and enliven your senses.

Tucked away amongst lush trees and tranquil forest, Hidden Pond is a short bike ride away from Goose Rocks Beach.

Hidden Pond is a serene environment that will fill you with an overwhelming sense of wellness and peace.  And that's before you harvest the first tomato or fill the first vase with fresh flowers. Our morning Yoga, Tai Chi and Rejuvenating Stretching will connect you to the Earth in this tranquil setting.  The Farm's organic bounty is for you...rhubarb, baby carrots, lettuce warm from the field, cucumbers, snap peas.  It's a Spring, Summer and Autumn bouquet of ever-changing delight.

Nestled throughout 60 acres of birch forest and sweet fern, Hidden Pond’s comfortable, yet quietly lavish, accommodations are perfect for your destination wedding. The Balsams offer one bedroom bungalows and are tucked away in the back half of Hidden Pond, steps away from Earth restaurant, the Tree Spa with treatment rooms built high above the forest floor, Farm Bar, the Event Barn and adults-only Serenity pool. Near our two bedroom cottages, the Main Lodge, Sand Bar Grille and Back Porch Bar, the Farm and Lodge Pool comprise the Birches. All guest cottages feature fireplaces, screened in porches, flat screen TVs, Frette linens and outdoor rain showers. Don’t forget to stop by our nightly bonfires, held at the Sand Bar and Earth at dusk, for a gooey s’more.  
The Event Barn
Across from Earth is the Event Barn, a stunning facility featuring a soaring ceiling and large wall with floor to ceiling windows that looks out over the forest floor. A short walking distance to the Balsams, Serenity Pool and Tree Spa, the Event Barn is at the hub of Hidden Pond’s activity and the perfect location to accommodate your special event.

The Farm
The first and largest of two onsite organic vegetable gardens at Hidden Pond, the Farm is a breathtaking spot in which to celebrate your special day. Prime placement near colorful flowers and rustic outbuildings create perfect photo opportunities.

Earth
Hidden Pond offers an exceptional farm-to-fork restaurant, Earth, a collaboration with James Beard Award winner and Boston restaurateur Ken Oringer. Two onsite organic gardens supply Earth with heirloom vegetables, assorted herbs and edible flowers. Local fishermen, farmers and purveyors provide the freshest meats, seafood and cheeses to create exceptional fare. Earth’s décor and interior is nothing short of extraordinary, as we’ve brought the outside in. Walls were built using wood from trees cleared from the site, and are dotted with wood “pickles” further implementing the rustic, natural feel.

Two bedroom cottages and new, one bedroom bungalows are nestled throughout our 60-acre wooded retreat creating peaceful enclaves of privacy and serenity.  Each is featured with quietly lavish decor, luxurious bathrooms, linens and amenities, and outdoor showers under the canopy of the forest and the glistening star lit nights.

Maycation
Hidden Pond is gearing up for our best season yet and to kick it off we are offering an amazing opening package where the longer you stay the more credit you receive to use in our General Store, Restaurants, Tree Spa or on special activities.
Stay at least 2 nights in a bungalow and receive a $50.00 voucher per night for up to 7 days, up to $350.00. Stay at least 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cottage and receive a $75.00 voucher per night for up to 7 days, up to 525.00.

During your visit you can use your voucher’s to indulge in a spa treatment at our Tree Spa, enjoy some of the best cuisine in town at our restaurant Earth, or Tides Beach Club Restaurant or sign up for special programming activities including 3 hour bicycle tours or stand up paddle boarding lessons and tours.

Your cottage daily rate includes a bountiful breakfast basket delivered to your bungalow each morning, afternoon tea daily at the lodge and nightly bon fire with s’mores.

Clan Destiny
Hidden Pond is the perfect destination for your multi-generational family gatherings. Our variety of cottages will perfectly suit every member of your family. Our two bedroom cottages are ideal for the family with children or the couples traveling together. Grandma and Grandpa will enjoy our new bungalow cottages, which are also nice for the romantic couple who have yet to start their family.
Various gathering packages have included dinner at our restaurants on property or trolley transportation to our sister restaurants, lobster and clam bakes or BBQ’s right outside your cottage with your own personal chef, bicycle tours, stand up paddle boarding lessons and tours, guided hikes, private guided trolley tour of the area, sails out on the ocean on historic schooners or even a tour on a working lobster boat to learn the history of the lobsterman on the Southern coast of Maine. A photographer can also be arranged to take candid photos of any activities or arrange for a professional family photo shoot on the beach or at various picturesque locations throughout the village. In the afternoons we have specific activities for children allowing parents an opportunity to indulge in our Tree Spa or spend a little time at our adult’s only serenity pool. After a family dinner, gather back at the lodge to sit around the nightly bonfire and reminisce about the day you just had or great memories from the past while roasting marshmallows and enjoying s’mores.
