 Romance by the Sea! Inn by the Sea can accommodate weddings up to 150 people in our ocean view rooms or tented on the lawn.  With spectacular ocean views from all function locations, Inn by the Sea provides a dramatic and memorable backdrop for wedding receptions and fabulous wedding photography.

Function spaces include:  two functions rooms, the Cove room, the outdoor terrace, the fire pit, the side lawn, five acres of indigenous seaside plantings, and access to the beautiful sandy Crescent Beach we are famous for.

If special presentation forms a part of your celebration, the Inn is ready to accommodate your technology needs with dropdown screens, LCDs, a fully integrated sound system, and high-speed Internet, both wired and wireless.  And for couples seeking a green venue, Inn by the Sea has achieved Green Lodging Certification from Maine's Department of Environmental Protection., and a LEED certification. Inn by the Sea has 57 traditonal rooms, and one and two bedroom suites. 
 Every guest room, suite and cottage at the Inn was completely redesigned in 2008 by Moncur Design Associates Inc. to surround guests with comfort in a palette of deep red, cognac and charcoal, and warm maple furnishings. Local and nautically inspired artwork ties in with the compass rose design found throughout the property.
 
Large ocean view suites feature deluxe bathrooms with oversized showers or tubs, plush bathrobes, and luxurious bedding.  All rooms, suites and cottages have flat screen televisions, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, executive desks, high speed Internet access, cordless telephones, i-Home alarm clocks and HD cable television.

Garden Suites
Garden suites are all on a single level with one King bedroom and an ocean view. The living area has a pull-out sleeper sofa and an executive desk, along with a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and coffeemaker. The oversized bathroom has a separate tub and shower; the porch has rocking chairs and access to the gardens.
 
Spa Suites
Spa suites are two-levels featuring either a king bed or two double beds on the upper level. The wet bar kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave oven, coffeemaker, sink, glassware, and dishes.  The living area adds a pull-out sleeper sofa and executive desk. The loft area contains the bedroom, an oversized bathroom with a separate tub and shower and a heated floor. The balcony has an ocean view.
 
Fireplace Rooms
Fireplace rooms are deluxe guest rooms with king size bed, a romantic gas burning fireplace, coffeemaker and a flat screen TV. Most fireplace rooms have ocean views.
 
TWO BEDROOM ACCOMMODATIONS
All two-bedroom accommodations are condo-style suites with full kitchens, living area, with pull-out sleeper sofa, dining area and a porch, some with ocean views.
 
Garden Cottage
Garden cottages are on one level featuring two bedrooms and one full bathroom with kitchen living area with full pull-out sleeper sofa, and dining area.  Each bedroom has a queen bed, and a porch with seating overlooking gardens and a partial ocean view.
 
Loft Cottage
Loft cottages are on two levels with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has two double beds.  Some loft cottages have one full bathroom and one half bathrooms others have two full bathrooms. All enjoy balconies with ocean and garden views.
 
Beach Cottage
Beach cottages feature direct ocean views, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom.  A kitchen, dining area, and a living area that offers a pull-out sleeper sofa.  Each bedroom has a queen bed and a porch with ocean views.
 
Deluxe Beach Cottage
Our most spacious accommodations, deluxe beach cottages are on two levels with direct ocean views, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area and a living area with pull-out sleeper sofa. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other, two double beds. The balcony offers seating and a direct ocean view.
