Rockport has an extensive range of attractions and activities to challenge the most energetic tourist, and then again, it's a great place to rest and relax. Front beach is just down the street from the Linden Tree Inn; we provide beach towels, and the beach is especially suitable for children. Adults can take advantage of boat and sailing  trips such as  Harbor Tours of Cape Ann or hire a kayak  from the Kayak center.  Lunch or dine in one of the local bistros or restaurants and sample the local lobster and fish. A great Rockport tradition is lobster at Roy Moores on Bearskin Neck. Or pop over to Essex and sample Woodmans' delights, frying clams since 1914!
There are many other good places to eat in the Rockport / Gloucester area.
