Graciously sited on expansive grounds within the historic district of Kennebunkport. There main house, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, offers 6 Victorian-style rooms and 11 tastefully renovated Cottage Suites in 5 New England-style cottage buildings surrounding the main house. Romantic cottage suites have lavish spa tubs and gas fireplaces.  Some are decorated in a traditional style, while other feature contemporary decor. We even have a two bedroom suite that is ideal for families with children or friends vacationing together.

We promise to serve the freshest and most interesting breakfasts possible and we look forward to surprising you daily with a different entrée, even if you’re here for an extended stay. Don’t be surprised if we serve summer fruit bruschetta with candied walnuts one day followed by savory french toast with poached eggs and baby field greens the next.  At the Maine Stay Inn, we are experienced in nut-free and gluten-free cooking.
