Built at the turn of the century, the Queen Anne style Cape Cod B & B and adjacent Guest House reflect the gentility, charm and romantic elegance of the Victorian Age. Small Business Meetings & Executive Team-building Luxury Accommodation in Falmouth, Cape Cod

The Palmer House Inn is an excellent setting for the small corporate business meeting whether it is for team-building, off-site training or a new product roll out for the executive level management. The Inn is one of Cape Cod’s most elegant accommodations and is located in the Historic District of Falmouth Village. Appropriate facilities are available for board level presentations, interactive instruction sessions and corporate retreats. The Palmer House Inn offers seclusion and privacy that foster a productive meeting while remaining within easy access of fine dining, shopping and recreational activities.  Although breakfast is our specialty, we can arrange luncheons, cocktail parties, catered dinners or any type of reception which meets your requirement. 

Business Meeting Facilities & Amenities
The conference room can be set up as boardroom seating for 16 or classroom seating for 20. Breakout sessions can be held in numerous areas on the property. Wireless internet is available. The Inn is a hot spot for the Falmouth Unwired Village. Flip charts, dry erase chalk boards and a full array of electronic presentation equipment are available.

Executive Accommodation
Sixteen rooms and a private cottage suite, all with private bath, offer luxurious accommodations. Some rooms have whirlpool tubs, and some have fireplaces. All rooms have TV, internet access, hair dryers, irons and air conditioning in the warmer months. Sleep on 600 thread count sheets and enjoy fresh flowers in the room. A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning.  ADA compliant facilities are available.

Our convenient location offers easy access to fine dining, quaint shops, museums and art galleries. For those who seek activity during the down time, Falmouth boasts 65 miles of coast line, five golf courses, a bike trail for a ride to the village of Woods Hole or a pre-breakfast run. Cape Cod Weddings at The Palmer House Inn

The Palmer House Inn offers attentive service to make your small, intimate Cape Cod wedding unforgettable. Let the traditional elegance of this 1901 Queen Anne Style Victorian home be the backdrop for your special day. Hold your ceremony by the fire in the parlor or while the sunsets on a Cape Cod beach. Then return to the Inn for your reception.

Accommodation
The parlor, with inviting fireplace and grand windows, is perfect for ceremonies of up to 45 people. Let the stained glass windows and highly polished hardwood floors enhance the scene.  A gourmet breakfast will be served in the sunbathed dining room in the morning. It can be arranged to suit your reception in the evening whether it is a 20 person sit-down meal or a place to dance after canapés and champagne for a larger reception.   In addition to the beautiful interior of the Palmer House Inn we welcome photography on the spacious front porch surrounded by rhododendrons and azaleas or in the herb garden.

The Palmer House Inn has 17 rooms for your guests. All of our rooms have sumptuous 600 thread count triple sheeting, telephones, alarm clock radios, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, luggage racks, ceiling fans, ice buckets, bottled water, air conditioning and WiFi. Several rooms include whirlpool tubs and cozy fireplaces.

Here at the Inn we have a unique process to help plan every detail of your wedding day. We provide personal attention to you and every one of your guests. We particularly cater to the small and intimate weddings. We are happy to recommend local caterers, florists, spas & beauticians, bakers, equipment rental and many other necessities for your event.  For a larger group, we encourage you to use the Palmer House Inn for accommodation and Highfield Hall (www.highfieldhall.org) for your reception.

Location
The Palmer House Inn provides seclusion, yet countless fine restaurants, quaint shops, beautiful beaches and ferry shuttles to Martha's Vineyard are a short stroll from the Inn. We are under two hours drive from Boston, Providence, and Provicetown.
