The Woodstock area is prime for summertime fun and relaxation. Here are some tips for things we like to do around here in the summer: A Must-Stop is Cascades Park, North Woodstock-right across the street from the Inn. Dip your feet, watch children play, relax to the sounds of this unique spot in the Pemigewasset River. In addition you'll find Hiking, waterfalls, golf, kayaking & canoeing, swimming, fishing, zipliniing and horseback riding.
In the wintertime, skiing/snowboarding is the top activity. The two most popular and local ski resorts are Loon and Cannon. There are two other resorts within a 40-min. drive for folks wanting some diversity for a multi-day trip. These are Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods. Additional activities availabile in the winter include: nordic skiing, snowshoeing, snowtubing, snowmobile & atv tours, ice skating, horseback riding and sleight rides.
Always available are spa trips to the Viaggio Spa at the Mountain Club on Loon and indoor rock climbing.
