The day begins with the enticing aroma of fresh-brewed coffee made with pure water from our deep artisan well or a choice from our array of teas and cocoa. Our sun-drenched dining room awaits with an array of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yogurt and freshly baked scone, muffin or coffeecake. Then a tough decision, cinnamon French toast or a vegetable omelet, buttermilk waffles or southwestern frittata, blueberry pancakes or asparagus puff with vegetable confetti. The New England breakfast choices are endless and all are made with the finest ingredients using as many locally grown items as possible.
Our gourmet New England breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am but we will gladly accommodate an early breakfast upon request.
