The Omni Parker House, member of Historic Hotels of America, is proud to have the best location in the city of Boston.  Situated along the Freedom Trail, at the foot of Beacon Hill, the Boston Common and Public Garden, next to Downtown Crossing, we are minutes away from Logan International Airport, all major subway lines, the Theater District, Faneuil Hall and cultural attractions including the Museum of Fine Art and New England Aquarium.

The only aspect more famous than our location is our culinary legacy.  From hiring the first celebrity French Chef in America, Chef Sanzian, in 1855 to launching the culinary careers of Emeril Lagasse, Lydia Shire, and Jasper White, to being the birthplace of Boston Cream Pie, Parker House rolls and the term “Scrod”.  Today, our Executive Chef prepares classic New England cuisine with contemporary flair in our three outlets, including fine dining in Parker’s Restaurant and lighter, more casual fare in The Last Hurrah and Parker’s Bar, as well as banquet feasts for groups up to 400.

Our luxury hotel has 551 guestrooms and suites and 18 function rooms including the roof top ballroom, with spectacular views of the city skyline.  Additional hotel features include, concierge service, valet parking, gym facility, room service, coffee shop, business center, wireless internet and our Select Guest Rewards customer loyalty program.  Whether you are traveling with a partner, family, friends, or traveling for business, our timeless charm, modern amenities, culinary creations and gracious hospitality guarantee a wonderful stay for all.

Omni Hotels was ranked “Highest in Hotel Guest Satisfaction among Upscale Hotel Chains” by J.D. Powers and Associates.

The historic Parker’s Restaurant Waterford crystal chandeliers and ornate hand carved woodwork provide an inviting and elegant atmosphere that is unmatched by any other establishment in Boston.  The first-class meals, gracious, attentive staff, and exceptional service has been receiving the highest of accolades since 1855.

Parker’s Restaurant culinary contributions include the Boston Cream Pie, Parker House Rolls and the term Scrod.  It was here where baseball greats like Babe Ruth and Ted Williams wined, dined, and unwound. And it was here, too, where generations of local and national politicians — including Ulysses S. Grant, James Michael Curley, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, and William Jefferson Clinton —assembled for private meetings, press conferences, and power breakfasts. Today, Parker’s Restaurant culinary legacy lives on.

Parker's Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Holiday exceptions.

If you'd like to unwind with a drink or lighter fare, relax in Parker's Bar or The Last Hurrah, which has been the gathering place for Boston's colorful political pantheon for close to 150 years. The bar takes its name from Edwin O'Connor's 1956 Pulitzer-Prize-winning novel "The Last Hurrah", based on the frequent patron, James Michael Curley's picturesque career as a mayor of Boston, governor of Massachusetts, U.S. Congressman, and inmate at a federal penitentiary.

Fodor's 2013 Travel Guide calls the inn "a culinary gem inside an 18th century inn."

Located in Southern Vermont, less than 20 miles from Woodstock, 14 miles from Okemo and Ludlow for skiing and 10 miles from Chester, the inn is the perfect choice for a quiet, romantic getaway as it's suitable for children 14 years and older and its close enough to activities but far enough away for peace & quiet. More than a bed and breakfast, our guests say we are like a small European style or boutique hotel, with the amenities, luxury and gourmet cuisine of a larger property, and the classic style of a Vermont country inn (breakfast included). Now with The Hidden Kitchen, the inn's on-site cooking classroom studio, the inn offers hands-on and demonstration cooking classes year-round across from the inn's heirloom vegetable garden.

During your stay you may choose to dine by the fireplace in our dining room, casually in our tavern or outside under the stars on the deck where we have outdoor heaters and a built-in fire pit with Adirondacks. Our cuisine is focused on local products and our a la carte menus change seasonally. Our IW five-course Tasting menu changes weekly based on what our chef chooses to highlight from the farms.

Each of our 12 guest rooms are uniquely decorated (10 offer A/C and gas fireplaces) and each offers a private bath, plush terry robes for your use, 600-thread count 100 percent cotton sheets, Turkish cotton towels, Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities and down alternative pillows and comforters in the winter. Each also has a phone for outside calls, flat screen TV with Direct TV stations and ESPN channels for sports fans, a DVD player, and tucked in a corner of the parlor is our extensive DVD library.

Nestled by a sparkling stream on several acres at the edge of picturesque Jackson village in the Mount Washington valley, the inn’s rooms and rustic cottage for two are uniquely appointed with period furnishings, many with two-person Jacuzzi and/or balconies and most with fireplaces. Let the river’s soothing sounds lull you to sleep, and awaken to clear mountain air and a bountiful homemade breakfast in our sunny dining room.

Spend your days exploring waterfalls or enjoy scenic drives, hiking, golf, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, tax-free shopping or just relaxing with a book by our heated outdoor pool (May-September) or in the Adirondack chairs by the river. For the eco-adventurous, you can scale Mount Washington via the Auto Road, the Cog Railway or hiking trails, take a moose tour, or a go on a mountainside horseback ride. Fall surrounds you with its brilliant foliage, and when the snow flies, you can cross-country ski, snowshoe, take a sleigh ride, or choose from one of five alpine ski centers nearby. No matter the season, you can return from exploring the White Mountains to enjoy afternoon refreshments in our gazebo or by a blazing fire, a game of darts or billiards in our cozy game room/pub, the challenge of a Stave puzzle or board game in our sitting room, or the relaxing view of the river as you soak in our atrium-enclosed hot tub. Start with a choice of juice, fruit, cereals, our freshly baked muffins or coffee cake, and your choice of hot beverage. Then choose between our two hot entrées, each served with maple glazed bacon or sausage and a choice of toast if you wish. The sweet entrée might be a cinnamon crepe stuffed with an apple filling and topped with crème fraîche, blueberry banana pancakes, or perhaps orange croissant french toast topped with fresh strawberries. There's maple syrup, of course! Or opt for our savory entrée of the day which might be a double tomato, basil and mozzarella omelet, a roasted pepper and vegetable frittata, or Eggs Benedict strudel. We feature local and regional food products as much as possible. Elegant and hearty, our breakfasts will leave you satisfied and ready to enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains.
