Combers

Combers rooms perhaps most effortlessly capture the peaceful and warm ambiance of Higgins Beach Inn. Varying by individual room, the Combers Sunrise Queens all feature beautiful bay windows, some with partial views of the beach. Comber Sunset Queens are corner rooms with a tranquil, beachy feel. The Comber Sunset King offers a bit more room for guests to be able to enjoy the late season sunset streaming through the corner windows of this comfortable, quiet room. This entire room category is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a truly enhanced experience at the Inn.

Swells

Our most spacious, Swells rooms are all corner rooms with unique layouts and features. Guests can choose among a Sunrise Queen, Sunrise King, or a Sunset with 2 queen beds. The Sunrise Queen features a sunlit enclosed "porch" with a queen sofa bed in addition to the existing queen bedroom. The Swells King rooms each have lovely bay windows with beautiful sunrise views, while the Sunset with 2 queen bed rooms have ample space to accommodate several people. Every room in this category features a bathtub in our freshly remodeled private guest bathrooms as well.
