Located on the scenic and fun-filled Connecticut shoreline in Niantic, CT overlooking boats and marinas, sits the beautiful and award-winning Inn at Harbor Hill Marina. 



This waterfront bed and breakfast offers 16 nautically themed and tastefully decorated guestrooms, and all the modern day amenities including rooms with A/C’s, cable TV, fireplaces, private baths and private balconies for lodging. 



The inn is known for their scenic waterfront location, exceptionally clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and ideal location featuring a host of great restaurants and things to do in the local Mystic Country region.  The Inn at Harbor Hill Marina is close to Mystic, but far from ordinary!

Dining

We take breakfast very seriously here at the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina, and strive to offer our guests wholesome, tasty and varied breakfast each and every morning. Guests awaken each morning to the aromas of freshly brewed coffee and the smells of freshly baked goodies. We are known for our generous expanded breakfast buffet, which includes homemade granola, yogurts, fresh fruit, fresh baked muffins, scones or danish, cereals, juices, assorted breads, bagels in addition to a delicious hot entrée served to guests each morning.

Gluten Free options are available as well.

In the warmer months, morning breakfast is most enjoyed sitting at one of our outdoor patio tables or on our wrap-around porch overlooking the water and boats in our marina.

Rooms

Our award-winning waterfront B&B offers a choice of 16 charming guestrooms with first-class amenities and a soothing nautical decor and style that is uniquely ‘New England’. All rooms feature private baths, cable TV, air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, free onsite parking and complimentary full breakfast.

Recently remodeled in the Spring of 2019 The "Main Inn" has a modern seaside elegance that captures the relaxing feel of a day long past with wraparound porches, comfortable wicker seating and classic high-back wooden rocking chairs, beautiful flower gardens and magnificent water views. The 9 guestrooms in the Main Inn, some with private balcony or deck, offer private baths, water views, 40'' flat screen cable TV, paddle fans and air conditioning. Most have queen beds, and two rooms have two beds.

The "Captain Clark House" guestrooms have a blend of historic elegance, seaside decor and modern day comfort with luxury accommodations. The 7 guestrooms in the Captain Clark House, some with private balcony or porch, offer more spacious rooms that are beautifully appointed to include king pillow-top beds, paddle fans and air conditioning, 32" flat screen cable TV and bathrooms with large rain-head shower and over-sized deep-soaking bathtub. All rooms include our outstanding amenities, and all rates quoted are for double occupancy, and vary with the season.
