Stage Neck Inn offers a wide range of deluxe and luxury guest rooms with your choice of two double of one king-sized bed (subject to availability). Prices vary based upon room location and view. Room categories include Deluxe Lower Beach Side (with no direct view ... rooms face a courtyard garden), Deluxe Upper Beach Side (view of front of Inn and York Harbor Beach), Harborview Deluxe, Harborview Luxury, Oceanfront Deluxe, Oceanfront Luxury, and Oceanfront Corner.
All guest rooms feature fine linens, private baths with "green" toiletries, plush terry robes for your use during your stay, a small refrigerator, television, complimentary WiFi signal, and comfy beds. Some rooms feature an expanded seating area. The Luxury categories of guest rooms also offer an electronic fireplace feature. All rooms have a walk-out terrace, Juliet balcony or walk-out balcony.

Our waterfront resort is located in southern Maine, just about 45 minutes south of Portland, Maine, one hour north of Boston, Massachusetts, and just minutes from downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Here you can enjoy oceanfront views from your own guest room. We have an exceptional culinary team, and a hot breakfast is always included in your stay. Onsite parking for motor coach business is available in the off season. Resort amenities include a lit indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, two year-round and two seasonal restaurants, a unique bar, lobby with guest computer/fireplace/window seat, gift shop, and a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis courts. Our grounds include lush flower gardens, lawn area overlooking the ocean adirondack chairs, rocky Maine coastline. Perhaps best of all, we are adjacent to York Harbor Beach. Pet Friendly

At Stage Neck Inn, we know dogs are a member of the family so we offer select guest rooms to allow guests to travel with a dog. For the comfort of safety of all guests, guests traveling with dog(s) are allowed in select guest rooms and must be confirmed by calling Reservations at 207-363-3850 x1.
A surcharge of $50 per dog, per night will apply (maximum of 2 dogs per room, 50 lb. max total weight limit). Any damages will be charged to holder of the reservation. Pets can not be left alone in the rooms at any time. All pet policies will be reviewed at time of booking. Dogs are welcomed with personalized bowls and dog beds. An outdoor shower and pick-up bags are available to keep our furry friends and the resort green areas clean. We unfortunately cannot allow any other pets.
