Property Overview

As one of the oldest cities in North America, you may know Boston for its rich history. But here in Cambridge, we like to explore the trendier side of things. Welcome to Lark Hotels 907 Main, a gorgeous brownstone in the heart of Central Square. Each space features an airy warmth with large windows and hints of exposed brick.

Originally constructed in 1871, this four-story building has long been an anchor of the Central Square landscape. Used as a commercial space in the 1870s, the property was renovated in 1928 into apartment units with first-floor retail space.

Later, it was made into office spaces until 2020, when the building was renovated into a boutique hotel. It is considered to be a contributing building of the Central Square District of the National Register of Historic Places and is also part of an area known as the Confectioner's Row, a stretch of Cambridge formerly home to factories of NECCO wafers, Nabisco cookies, Junior Mints, and Tootsie Rolls.

Dining

Lark Hotels 907 Main brings together two uniquely local dining experiences under (and on) one roof. Downstairs, Althea brings soulful energy to the hotel with bright, flavorful dishes that combines innovative flavors with sustainable ingredients. Upstairs, Saigon Babylon serves satisfying Vietnamese comfort food, from steaming pho to crisp spring rolls, tucked into a perch overlooking the neighborhood.
