This Spring, we invite you to experience the quiet beauty of the Lakes Region as the season begins to unfold. With introductory rates from $229 this March and April, it is a thoughtful opportunity to discover our Lake Estate or return for a new chapter by the water.

March marks the start of something special in New Hampshire. The air softens, the light lingers, and nearby sugar shacks begin their slow, steady craft as maple sap turns to syrup. By April, the landscape shifts once more as the shoreline awakens and the grounds hint at what is to come. Throughout it all, The Lake Estate on Winnisquam offers a warm welcome, where firelight, fresh air, and attentive comforts define the season.

Rates are for new bookings only.  Discounted, promotional, and special rate reservations are not valid for group blocks of ten or more room nights, are based on double occupancy, subject to availability, and cannot be combined with any other offer.  Blackout dates may apply.
