Property Overview

Block Island is the ultimate New England island getaway! So close, yet a world away. You can get here by ferry or plane from many convenient locations. Leave the hustle and bustle of the mainland and escape for some serious relaxation and fun!

We are Block Island's only beachfront location and conveniently close to the center of town too. The vibe is laid back. Make sure you bring your flip flops! You won't need much else. Choose from a variety of cozy and quaint king or queen bedded rooms. Some are ADA accessible and most have ocean or harbor views.

The Surf is our restaurant and it offers summer beach fare and killer sunset views! In the morning, start your day off right at Coffee & Cocktails for breakfast sandwiches on the porch. Or, head for the Beach Bar for cocktails, casual lunch and dinner!

 

 

 

 

 

Dining

Block Island Beach House offers a number of spots to remedy your hunger needs. Our main restaurant, The Surf, is your oceanfront porch and kitchen offering classic BBQ dishes, fresh seafood, simple salads and sandwiches, crisp cocktails, and more, all with a view that is to die for. 

Beach Bar is your ideal beachy dining experience. With a full outdoor bar, frosé all day, classic summer cocktails, and a laid-back vibe from above Crescent Beach, once you stop by, you may never want to leave. 

If you're looking for a place to kick off your Block Island morning, look no further than our very own coffee shop, Coffee & Cocktails–where good coffee and classic cocktails meet breakfast sandwiches, housemade granola, lobster rolls, and summer salads.
