Tälta Lodge, a Bluebird by Lark

Are you coming to Stowe, Vermont for Adventure? No matter what time of year that is, Tälta Lodge is the perfect base for everything you want to do! The lodge is conveniently located on Mountain Road, 3.5 miles from Stowe Mountain Resort, with Stowe's complimentary shuttle stopping during the winter months for pick-up and drop-off at the top of our driveway. Dining, shopping and activities are all a short walk or drive away. Stowe Recreation Path is located 1.4 miles from Tälta Lodge. Bring or rent a bicycle at the front desk for the gorgeous five-mile paved path to the village, with stops on the way at local breweries, swimming holes and magnificent views of Mount Mansfield.  

The lodge features 49 rooms with a variety of bedding options. Choose the plush King Suite for space and luxury. The Deluxe King Riverside with Patio  rooms feature a private deck or patio, overlooking the Little River that runs along our large backyard.  Our Deluxe Double Queen rooms feature 2 beds and a private outdoor patio, as well. There is even a twin bunk room which is a perfect add-on for large families, and guys or gals getaways looking for an affordable way to adventure! All of the rooms feature a modular gear wall to keep your toys secure. Complimentary wi-fi is found throughout the boutique base camp!

If you need more room and want semi-private outdoor space, choose one of our Stugas - individual cabins built in 2023 that feature radiant floor heating, sky lit bathrooms with heated towel racks and a full kitchen, bedroom and living room with a sleeper sofa.
