Our first recommendation? Grab some comfortable shoes and a bottle of water before setting off on the nearly mile-long stroll across giant granite blocks directly out into the bay to reach Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse. We also love visiting Owls Head Lighthouse, which is perched atop a dramatic cliff face and offers sweeping panoramic views over the water.
